What a difference 5 years makes!🥳

I remember this day like it was yesterday! I was on a 2 day photo shoot in 108 degree weather and I never perspired in the 12 hours we were shooting on both days! No hair nor makeup retouches, nothing!

I thought this was normal. Little did I know that this was just another example of how impacted my lymphatic system was from my Lipedema. Starting Berberine in 2021 was the first time was system began to release a bit of lymphatic impact and then thru the use of the glp1 since May 2024, my lymphatics have really been releasing and my fibrosis is softening up dramatically!
Truthfully, I am not loving the perspiration aspect but I do appreciate it means my system is functioning so much better!👏

Right before I was gonna give up in 2023 to find out what was causing my persistent AFIB(atrial fibrillation), something unexpected and totally mind blowing happened. I was diagnosed with 26 food allergies and then, it all made sense!🙏

This journey that included dropping all 26 foods and remaining vigilant in not encountering any of these food allergens is one that I have tackled all alone. I am so thrilled to join others who share my same challenges and wins while I learn more from the professionals who handle these complicated cases and the companies that support us, too.

What no one saw under my dresses when I was 8 years old was Shapewear from the waist down!

I grew up wearing shapewear to smooth my thighs and avoid any chafing that so easily can happen when you have thighs that touch.

Thankfully, it was just from the waist down. But, now that we have bod con dresses, I understand why shoulder to knee garments can be helpful like this one.

This garment is adjustable and has strong fabric into the bottom but softer fabric on the top and on the booty for smooth flow for your dresses or pants. The bottom of the legs sits just below the knee and is trimmed in lace with the gripper tape on the inside. The fit seems true to size. #shapewear
