So many SALES, so little time…lol I don’t know about you but I LOVE a sale. Truthfully, in the past 2 weeks there have been so many SALES going on that I truly can’t keep track of it all. If I had really focused solely on getting all the great deals available, I would have never been able to keep focused on my health goals of staying active in the gym. Instead, I made the gym my priority and hoped I gave you enough of a taste of some of my favorites to find some great deals for yourself with the content I’ve shared. What’s your @Starbucks go to? Mine is a trienta plain unsweetened green iced tea. With 26 food allergies, I am limited on how I can branch out and get a pretty fun looking drink that they are always advertising. 26 Food Allergies!!! Yep, that’s what I deal with since November 2023. Make traveling and eating out not so simple. Today, I am working from my hotel in Connecticut and moving slowly. Trying to keep my legs elevated and focusing on simply protein for lunch. These @carnivorecrisps are such a great, portable tasty way to get in some nutritious protein while you are on the go. Beach Fit🏖️ Red, white and Blue for Fourth of July weekend at the beach❤️🤍💙 Lots of time in the salt water to help this Lipedema body decongest and feel fully supported by the water. Water movement is so therapeutic and such an incredible way to destress. Typically, I wear a bikini top or tankini top with my long leg (9 inches preferred) yoga /bike shorts for a practical way to move about the day. The shorts help keep everything where I want it to be and keep my legs comfortable with some compression, too. Thighs that kiss and jiggle are not my jam and I reserve a full bikini for tanning days because I do love a good day of laying out in the sun. I must say though that this and last summer I have tried to avoid that as I am trying to reduce my inflammation and try to avoid things that add inflammation 🤷🏻‍♀️ What’s your go to for beach wear?💬👇 PS- don’t ya just love the sound of the ocean? Love the versatility of a tankini top. You can pair it with your favorite style of bikini bottoms, a swim skirt, Skort, bike shorts, jogger style shorts or swim capris. The choices are endless. Headed out to a Creator Event for TikTok down In San Diego. Up and out early for that long drive prepared with my 24oz Meoky Stainless Steel Tumbler that just happens to coordinate with my adorable dress from “The Occasion” collection at @oldnavy. I don’t see the problem😳 My husband took one look at me in this dress and said “ Take it back!” He said it was not flattering and actually used the Fr***y word😧 Honestly, I think it’s kinda cute and flowy with a breezy kinda look. The top is smocked, the material is light and the dress has pockets.🤷🏻‍♀️ What can I say? I bet if I had cut it to knee length he would have had a different opinion.
