So many SALES, so little time…lol

I don’t know about you but I LOVE a sale. Truthfully, in the past 2 weeks there have been so many SALES going on that I truly can’t keep track of it all. If I had really focused solely on getting all the great deals available, I would have never been able to keep focused on my health goals of staying active in the gym.

Instead, I made the gym my priority and hoped I gave you enough of a taste of some of my favorites to find some great deals for yourself with the content I’ve shared.

Getting back to prioritizing the gym takes time but I am loving just the small win of making a variety of moves in the gym a priority again.

Are you a Lipedema Lady whose shape generally stays the same but gets incrementally bigger and smaller over the years?

I am currently getting back to my smaller self and finding clothing pieces I used to love and cherish. I have kept some because for me once I find something that fits my non-traditional measurements, it is hard to let go cause I worked so hard to find it. Do you experience this too? These @athleta bottoms were a staple for me in 2022 when I worked with them as a local ambassador and these leggings were part of my spring #giftedcollab. The pattern comes through much stronger now and I love their inclusive sizing.

What’s your go to cardio and sunscreen??

I have passed my first of 6 months of “daily” cardio which ended up being actually 24 sessions so that my body could recover from some of the days it wasn’t feeling great. As a result, I am going to check in with my cardiologist to see if I can commit to 5 days per week for the next 5 months to allow for some recovery in the hotter weather. What do you think he will say?🤔

Lipoelastic Active Leggings have been a staple in managing my Lipedema since they were released in 2021. The compression really helps to support and soften my fibrotic tissue and the smoothing factor is fantastic as you can see. This fabric holds up so well and does not pill! Here’s a little secret us Lipedema ladies have… we DON’T loose our Posterior Assets even when we are on Weightloss Medications ( GLP1s)!

Some reports in the media like to say that people loose all that volume when taking these meds to create massive headlines. I am here to tell you, if you have Lipedema, you are blessed not to have to worry about that possibility because those Lipedema modules are tenacious and are not going anywhere!! As of today, I am officially down 67 lbs over the past 18 months and 8 inches in my hips but as you can see, the shape remains in an incrementally reduced size.
