This next decade — the best is yet to come. ✨

As a cancer survivor, I carry strength I never knew I had and gratitude that runs deeper than words.

I can’t wait to see what my 60-year-old self will be up to… and I hope she’ll be proud of the woman I was — the woman who survived the trenches of motherhood, raised 3 amazing kids into adulthood, carried the mental load for everyone, and sacrificed pieces of herself to keep everyone afloat.

Cancer changed everything. It forced me to slow down, listen to my body, and finally learn that caring for myself isn’t selfish — it’s necessary. 💛

Now I’m documenting the journey, becoming my own inspiration, and hopefully giving other women permission to choose themselves too.🫶

Women with kidney cancer are too often told they’re “too young,” “too healthy,” or “probably just stressed.”
Meanwhile symptoms get minimized, delayed, or explained away until the diagnosis is harder to ignore.

Blood in the urine matters.
Unexplained weight loss matters.
Night sweats, flank pain, exhaustion, recurring “UTIs,” or even completely normal labs can still end in a kidney cancer diagnosis.

Some women have zero symptoms at all and only find out because of an incidental scan. Others spend months or years being dismissed before someone finally listens.

Kidney cancer does not always follow the “expected” script.
No family history doesn’t guarantee safety.
Normal urine doesn’t rule it out.
Being active, young, female, or otherwise healthy doesn’t make someone immune.

Early detection saves kidneys, treatment options, and lives.
Please listen when women say something feels wrong.
