7/14/25 HYROX Training Day 1 – Alo Yoga Run Outfit Kicked off HYROX training with a longer run and tried out a new Alo Yoga workout set — linking the shorts and sports bra I wore today. The fit is so supportive and comfortable for running, and I’m excited to keep testing this set throughout my training. Day 1 in the books!
