With a butt this big I’m gonna need some time to make it tender ;) so I’m using my pressure cooker and setting it and forgetting it! Come back tomorrow to see if this comes out nice and juicy or if I’m in the midst of meat mayhem. Wish me luck… it smells delish but I’m letting it depressurize now!
