Good morning wake and Shake 🫨! Well sort of 😅. My daily lymphatic drainage routine with out the fuss ! Just stand , sit and vibrate . I love this to help not only wake up in the morning but help with cellulite and blood flow . And love it even more post work out . Personally I’ve notice less soreness post workout
