Just got back from Costa Rica, and WOW—what an unforgettable experience! 🏝️🇨🇷✨ Isaac and I had the honor of being hosted by the amazing @amandatress and @b.tress to celebrate being a top ambassador for @fasterwaytofatloss, the nutrition and workout program I’ve been loving for the past 18 months. 💪🏼💛

From staying in their beautiful home to experiencing the adventure of a lifetime, every moment was incredible! Highlights included a private plane ride (so fancy, right?! 🛩️), an epic hike (SO many stairs 😅), a wild water slide, horseback riding 🐎 , zip lining, hot springs, boating 🛥️ , cave exploring, group workouts, and meals that were as delicious as they were nourishing. 🌿🍽️

Honestly, this might have been the healthiest and most energizing vacation I’ve ever had—I came home feeling AMAZING. 🙌

The cherry on top? The incredible couples we shared this trip with. We left Costa Rica with new friendships, endless inspiration, and a huge love for this beautiful country. ❤️ Can’t wait to go back someday! 🌊🐒☀️
